The\nsoftware and high-tech parks in Vietnam represent the implementation of Vietnamese industrial\ncluster strategies, which have promoted various functions such as IT-related R&D(Research and\nDevelopment)activities, product manufacturing and commercialization, business incubation, and\nhuman resources and career development.
