高年初産における看護問題の検討 Clinical Study of Nursing Problems in Elderly Primiparae 近藤, 好枝 今関, 節子 行田, 智子 神田, 清子 Elderly Primipara Nursing Problem Obstetrical Complication application/pdf Departmental Bulletin Paper We investigated the circumstances surrounding the onset of obstetrical and neonatal complications according to the ages of 715 primiparae managed by the Division of Perinatal Mothers and Children of Gunma University Hospital from January 1987 to December 1991 to clarify obstetrical risk factors for elderly primipara. The proportion of elderly primiparae among the 715 was 45.6%, and the age of 37.6% of the elderly primioarae at marriage was 30 years or more. The following conclusions were drawn: 1. The incidenceof toxemia of pregnancywas high in primiparae who were 30 years or older, particularly those with a body mass index of at least 28. 1. 2. In regard to difficulties with vaginal deliverly, weak laborpains, rigidity of the soft portion of the parturient canal, operative delivery and atonic bleeding were observed at significantly increased frequencies in the primiparae who were 30 years or older. 3. There was no age difference in the birth weights of single deliveries. 4. The frequency of treatment for sterility was high in the elderly primiparae, and the frequency of operative deliverly was significantly higher in the primiparae who ware 35 years or older.
