To obtain the effects of alternate bathing, 30 helthy female college students were examined to observe the degree of heat loss, physiological and mental change, and subjective feelings after a hot bath and after althernate bathing of the legs.The degree of skin temperature decreasing due to a hot bath was more moderate than that of alternate bathing.
