脳動脈瘤の発生部位と頻度 Site and Incidence of Cerebral Aneurysms 鈴木, 慶二 河原田, ウメ子 大根田, 玄寿 高玉, 真光 Cerebral Aneurysms Site Incidence Aging application/pdf Departmental Bulletin Paper The circle of Willis and their branches were studied in 26 autopsies of subarachnoid hemorrhage and 74 autopies for other diseases. Cerebral aneurysms occurred as early as the 10-year age group and in all cases from the 5 decade and over. Multiple aneurysm were frequent in the cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, while single aneurysm was predominant in the cases of no subarachnoid hemorrhage. Aneurysms were most nemerous in the middle cerebral arteries, but the most frequent site of aneurysms in the cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage was the anterior communicating artery.
