| 内容記述 | In the 107th Congress, many bills were introduced to promote the deployment of broadband service. FCC's broadband policy has changed to promote competition in less regulated competitive markets. However, there are numerous problems remain to be solved. Some provisions of H. R. 1542 and S. 1364 are meaningful to understand the intent of policy makers and the shift of broadband policy of the federal government. | |||||
