The\\nsoftware and high-tech parks in Vietnam represent the implementation of Vietnamese industrial\\ncluster strategies, which have promoted various functions such as IT-related R&D(Research and\\nDevelopment)activities, product manufacturing and commercialization, business incubation, and\\nhuman resources and career development.
