| 内容記述 | The problem of the mobile Internet use of teenagers has been one of the social problems for\nseveral years in Japan. Although the ‘Act on Development of an Environment That Provides\nSafe and Secure Internet Use for Young People’was executed in 2009,not a few media reported\nthat there are many guardians who let their children use the mobile Internet without filtering\nsettings. This paper attempts to investigate the reason why they underestimate the risk of the\nmobile Internet in spite of numerous opportunities for them to know the risk by the information\ngiven by teachers, TV programs, or other media. | |||||||
