| 内容記述 | This study evaluates the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies and Japan’s major\nprivate railway companies, using various types of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). As the\nfifth step of the evaluation, this paper evaluates the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of\nJapan’s major private railway companies in western Japan using the DEA/Window Analysis and\nthe Inverted DEA/Window Analysis. In this paper, trends of the relative efficiencies and\ninefficiencies of each Japan’s major private railway company in western Japan became clear by\ncomparing with each Japan Railway company. On the other hand,the first step of the evaluation\nfocused on the time series performance data analysis of the Japan Railway companies. The\nsecond step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies of Japan Railway companies\nusing the DEA/Window Analysis. The third step of the evaluation focused on the relative\ninefficiencies of Japan Railway companies using the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis as a\nvariation of Inverted DEA. The fourth step of the evaluation focused on the relative efficiencies and inefficiencies of Japan’s major private railway companies in eastern Japan using the DEA/\nWindow Analysis and the Inverted DEA/Window Analysis. | |||||||
