| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to show a new research program about an organization\nmanagement based on a study of “Ba”. I start my argument from the study and construct a\nresearch program. In a study of “Ba”, individual is represented to act independently and\ncollaboratively,organization is represented as a nexus of informational interaction. This paper\nadds my past studies to the study, and proposes a hypothesis that members of a firm (hierarchy)\nwho definitely recognize their own role act like an entrepreneur between inside and outside or\nformal and informal of a firm. That seems a little paradox. A new research program is to\nstudy how to manage from the point of above things. | |||||||
