In modern society, poverty is becoming a big social problem. It is the same in Japan. In Japan, it is expected that poverty will continue to increase. Therefore, the importance of living rights in the Constitution increases more and more. In this thesis, I will consider ways to strengthen living rights. In particular, I discuss basic income. Basic income is a very useful system. Therefore, I think that Japan should introduce basic income in the future. |
