| 内容記述 | This study is concerned with the relationship between DMOs and regional stakeholders in Destination Management. We examine the theory of “Ba” again and make the analyzing framework called “Organizing Cycle”. From the case study of Snow Country Tourism Zone, we suggest two important points for DMOs. First one is that DMOs should set a core vision and make efforts to act continuously based on it because regional stakeholders behave in their regions with referring to DMOs. As time passes, the relationship among them have been building. Second one is that DMOs should support regional stakeholders with respects for them. With findings from the case study, we propose a new framework of analysis about Destination Management named “Relationship-Building Process between DMOs and Regional Stakeholders”. | |||||||
