| 内容記述 | In Japan ese constitutional studies, so far Critical Racial Theory hasn't been discussed enough. However, in Japan, hate speech against Koreans living in Japan has become a social issue. Future constitutional studies can't avoid research on Critical Racial Theory. As a step to that, this research note summarizes my understanding of Critical Racial Theory and describes my current thoughts. And I want to prove the effectiveness of Critical Racial Theory in order to realize hate speech regulations. | |||||
