| 内容記述 | 本研究は、2011年から2012年にかけて群馬大学に在学する全留学生を対象に、就職及びキャリアに関する質問紙調査を実施し、その結果を分析したものである。その結果、①留学生が就職先を考える際は、自分や企業の将来に関する要素を重視すること、②就職活動ではインターネットや留学生の先輩や同級生を主に活用し、日本人学生との情報交流は多くないこと、③就職支援として、「個別の面接指導」や「留学生を希望する企業との直接面接会」などを求めていることなどがわかった。本論では、これらの結果をふまえ、本研究の対象留学生に対し、必要とされている支援策についても考察する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we conducted ａ questionnaire survey regarding job hunting and career plan of all international students at Gunma University from 2011 to 2012 and analyzed the results. The results indicate that １ ) international students decide on which company to apply to based on factors related to their own future and that of the company, ２) in their job search, they use the Internet and take help of other international students (seniors and acquaintances) as information sources, and they rarely ask help from Japanese students, ３ ) they seek career support such as individual guidance on ａ company’ ｓ interview process and joint interviews by companies that want to hire international students. In addition, we considered what kind of career support services are needed for international students, who are the target of this study. | |||||||||
