| 内容記述 | We tried to use Boyden's chamber for assaying migration inhibition of human polymorphonuclear (PMN) leukocytes. The migration of human PMN leukocytes through a polycarbonate filter was retarded when human peripheral white blood cells (WBC) including sensitized lymphocytes were mixed with the corresponding antigen (PPD, chlorpromazine or cephalexin). By the contrast, the addition of the antigen did not inhibit the migration of PMN leukocytes when the WBC including nonsensitized lymphocytes were used for assay. These results suggest that we are able to assay in vitro delayed hypersensitivity by the migration inhibition test with Boyden's chamber. With our method, more quantitative results can be obtained in a shorter time than other methods. | |||||
