| 内容記述 | We have observed the student's hebavior in psychiatric nursing practice through their activities, nursing care notes, and process recordings. In our observation we have taken the emphasis on the communicating skills with their patients, the understnading ability of the psychiatric diseases and their actual nursing care activities. Therefore all of students have been tasked several subjects. One of them was to write process recordings with their patients at the first day of their psychiatric nursing practice when they were introduced to. Second was to find out nursing problems about their patients and complete nursing care plan. And third was to give some topics in students case conference throughout their patinets care activities. In these activities we often came across the remarkable characteristics of their practical behaviors in psychiatric nursing units. Summarizing them it will be able to conclude follwoing: almost all students have confusion to establish interacting relationship with psychiatric patients so that the majority of the patients do not talk about their fears, worries, complexies, and complains as well as they are not able to catch visual signs; from them. The most of students have the difficulties to understand actual patient's conditions in both aspects pathological details and whole human beings and finally, in the process of the finding out of nursing problems and decision of nursing care plan, they can not take out their necessity in the big amount of informations such as charts, nursing care notes and others. It seems to be needed the suitable timely suports by instructors for students to complete their achievements. | |||||
