More than 5 times and 3 times the normal activity of PNP were found in B and T lymphocytes, respectively, in S180-bearing mice at 8 weeks after the tumor graft. The S180-bearing mouse T and B lymphocytes with high PNP activity showed suppressor activity against the concanavalin A response of normal lymphocytes.
