| 内容記述 | Recently, the word ""Comedical staff"" is used instead of ""Paramedical staff"", to refer to medical support staff. In order to justify usage of this label, training of excellent medical support staff should be promoted as soon as possible by the establishment of more advanced educational systems. That is to say, the changeover to a 4-year college is the most important step to be taken. Moreover, in order to enhance the contents of medical treatment, four points of reformation of consciousness should be solved in future. The first is that of students who aspire to be medical support staff: They have to have a sense of purpose. The second is that of the medical support staff themselves: They have to care for patients with an idea of what their care ought to be. The third is that of doctors: They have to recognize the medical support staff as comedical staff. The last is that of society: If the reform of the first three points of consciousness is carried out the public position of the medical support staff will be promoted all the more. | |||||
