| 内容記述 | Effect of preoperative stoma site marking on the process of patient's successful adjustment to their colostomy was assessed by a comparative questionnaire answerd by 35 patients with and without marking before surgery. Fink's theoretical model of crisis and motivation revealed that patients with preoperative stoma making tended to adapt earlier to their postoperative new situation than those without marking. However, stoma site marking did not influence the postoperative period needed for final adjustment to individual stoma, indicating that there was discrepancy between apparent psychological adaptation and complete adjustment to the stoma. In fact, receptive attitudes when patients received informations about colostomy and thereafter noticed their stoma for the first time indicated late final psychological adjustment to the stoma. | |||||
