| 内容記述 | The Purpose of this study was to investigate the feeding problems in Down's Syndrome children and to suggest some methods for the parents to take care of them in daily life. Results indicated that the ""swallowing without chewing"" behavior and the ""tonuge thrust"" behavior result from the poor oral development frequently observed in them. The development of oral functions depends upon the types of food (liquid, semi-solid and solid). We suggest that parents choose appropriate types of food suited to his or her developmental level. | |||||||||
