| 内容記述 | This paper relates to a comparative study on the postoperative development after ACL reconstruction for singular ACL injuries and composite MCL and ACL injuries. 13 cases of singular ACL injury and 7 cases of composite ACL+MCL injury were compared. The composite ACL+MCL injury cases showed significantlyless improvement in ROM than the singular ACL injury cases. On the other hand, the composite ACL+MCL injury cases showed much better results in muscle force recovery compared with the singular ACL injury cases. However, at the time of discharge, both group reached 60 to 70% of the muscle force of sound side, which was used as the ADL level. It seems that ROM ex and muscle force training for ligament reconstruction should be considered soon after operations. It is also important for patients' return to the sports world to give them continued training and guidance after discharge. | |||||
