| 内容記述 | Gait speed and trunk flexion and grasp power in eleven male chronic hemiplegia was reported for four years. The result appeared that gait speed in hemiplegia was half to three quarters the speed of normal subjects. Trunk flexion and grasp power in hemiplegia showed no difference from the normal. The normal declining due to ageing during the for four years was no difference in the hemiplegia patient these patients attended a welfare center independently one to three times a week. They spent time more one hour a day in center. They always exercised and frequently perticipated in group activities. We thought that thier activicy effected the maintenance of motor function. Many Peopole reported that gait ability is an important factor in all of human functions. In this study, these whose gait speed became slow appeared to decline in other functions. | |||||
