| 内容記述 | Eighty schizophrenic patients and 31 normal controls were examined in the visual discrimination of distance using orthotelemeter. Schizophrenics were inferior to normals in distance discrimination, especially in monocular viewing, which was due to the inappropriate utilization of the retinal size cues. Cognitive instruction and social reinforcement were introduced for 36 schizophrenics in order to improve the cognitive deficits in schizophrenia. Schizophrenics could approximate the normal discrimination in both types of training. In the retest, however, cognitive instruction could retain the effects of training more than social reinforcement. | |||||
