| 内容記述 | Immunohistochemically, the localization of metallothionein (MT) was investigated using four antibodies: anti-MT-ascaris anti-MT-bovine serum albumin, anti-MT-polyvinyl pyrrolidone and anti-MT-keyhole limpets hemocyanin. The four antibodies showed positive MT immunostaining, with that of anti-MT-ascaris being the most marked. Immunohistochemically, cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, endothelial cells, smooth muscel cells, bronchial epithelial cells, bronchial cartilage cells, ducts of salivary glands, esophageal squamous cells, superficial mucous epithelia of the stomach and intestine, Paneth's cells, liver cells, proximal convoluted tubules, transitional cells of the urinary bladder, Seltori cells, the prostate glands, epidermis, were positive for MT immunostaining. | |||||
