| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to compare the Life-styles 126 Healthy young persons with 154 elderly Healthy persons according to Breslow criteria. The items we assessed were the following: sleeping, meals, eating between meals, drinking, smoking, exercise and weight. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Elderly persons scored slightly higher than young persons. 2. Among elderly persons, the mens' score was slightly higher than the women. Among younger persons the result was the reverse. 3. Among young persons, low score items were eating between meals and exercise. Judging from the facts described above, we have to educate young persons about their health especially concering the low score items. | |||||
