| 内容記述 | According to changes in social welfare policy, the number of Day Service Center for weakened elderly citizens has been increasing rapidly. However, the actual condition of these center was unknwn. The aim of this study was clarify the actual conditions and problems of Day Service Center for weakened elderly citizens in gunma prefecture. When third year nursing students visited 13 out of 16 Day Service Centers for weakened elderly citizens, they deliverd the questionnaire and gathered the information on actual circumstances. As a result, great variation in parameters such as number of attending clients, number of staff and daily schedule at Day Service Centers was noted. These parameters are related to the quality of care level of Day Service Centers for the weaknend elderly citizens. Each municipality shuold be responsible for Day Service Centers program for weakened elderly citizens. | |||||
