| 内容記述 | As the second part of our longitudinal study, this year we made a follow-up survey of stressors on new graduate nurses. The results were compared with those of the first year survey and analyzed. According to the analysis, we made the following conclusions. 1) The results of the second year study were similar to those of the first year study. 2) However, on responses for stressors on nursing skills, interpersonal relationships and environment of working places, there were remarkable differences between the results of second year study and those of the first year study. 3) As a result we could find the following tendencies: the stresses on nursing skils tend to decrease and on the contrary the stresses on interpersonal relationships tend to increase from those of the first year. We assume the tendencies mean that the new challenge for second year nurses is to adapt to the stresss on interpersonal relatinonships after fullfilment of nursing skills. | |||||
