| 内容記述 | 脳血管障害片麻痺患者の無酸素性代謝閾値(AT)を測定し,亜最大運動時のVO_2 peakおよび予測最大酸素摂取量との関係について検討し,以下の結果を得た.1)AT出現時の酸素摂取量と亜最大負荷時のVO_2 peakとの間にはr=0.92(p<0.01)と高い相関を示した.2)120拍/分以下の心拍数と酸素摂取量の関係式から推定した予測最大酸2摂取量とATには,有意な相関はみられなかった.しかし,心拍数120拍/分以上の3点以上で求められた予測最大酸素摂取量とATとの間には,r=0.73(p<0.01)で相関がみられた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The study aimed to asertain whether the VO_2 peak and Pred. VO_2 max might prove usuful or not evaluation aerobic working capacity of twenty-nine hemiplegic patients. The result were as follow: 1) A positive significant correlation was observed between the AT and the VO_2 peak, in both in the hemiplegics (r=0.96, <0.001) and in healthys (r=0.77, p<0.001) 2) A positive significant correlation was observed between the AT and the Pred. VO_2 max, in both in the hemiplegics (r=0.74, p<0.01) and in healthys (r=0.77, p<0.01) These results suggest that the value of VO_2 peak and Pred. VO_2 max are suitable for evaluation of aerobic working capacity in hemiplegics. | |||||
