| 内容記述 | We measured mite-specific IgE antibody and IgG4 antibody and compared the findings with the previous results concerning Japanese cedar pollen (JCP) specific IgE and IgG4 antibodies. 1. Percentages of the subjects with anti-mite IgE and anti-mite IgG4 were 47.9% and 18.8%, respectively. Percentage of subjects with both antibodies, that of subjects without either antibody and those with only IgE were 16.7%, 43.8%, and 31.3%, respectively. 2. Anti-mite IgE production appeared to be relatively higher from November to March than other seasons, and was the lowest during July. However, there was some variations in the anti-mite IgG4 production between individuals. 3. 45.5% of the subjects with anti-mite IgG4 had allergic symptoms, and the average anti-IgG relative fluorescence unit value in the symptom group was twice that of the symptom free group. 4. There was no correlation between anti-mite IgG4 antibody levels in the individual subjects; the correlation coefficient was 0.265. 5. There were 7 individuals with high titers of both anti-mite and anti-JCP IgE antibodies. Most of the subjects with a high antibody titer had either antibody. This tendency was also found in anti-IgG4 antibody production. | |||||
