| 内容記述 | Many hemodialysis patients have the physical and psychological problems due to the particular therapeutic circumstances. The prupose of this study was to assess anxiety in the hemodialysis patients. 146 patients were studied by the Manifest Anxiety Scale (MAS) and the our questionnaire. As the results of the our questionnaire, 66.0% of the patients have the anxiety about the complications and the accidents related to the treatments. The mean MAS scores were 18.6±8.2, and 40.3% of the patients scored in the symptomatic range. These scores were influenced by sex, age, length of dialysis, and complications. These results suggest that many patients have several different levels of anxiety. Finally, it may be usefull to assess anxiety by the psychological tests and we must pay attention to their psycological status of the hemodialysis patients. | |||||
