| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to study the characteristic of isokinetic trunk strength in Judo Men. They were divided into 3 groups; light class; middle class; heavy class. The Cybex company-made TEF was used for measurement. Measurement was performed at 5 different speeds of 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150 (deg/sec). We measured peak torque per body weight (EXT%BW, FLEX%BW), and flexion/extention ratio (F/E). EXT%BW of the light class and the middle class was higher than that of the weight class. There was no significant difference in FLEX%BW. The necessity of reinforcement of extensor group's trunk muscles in the heavy class was suggested. | |||||
