| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to resarch the actual circumstances; the morale and business with the questionairs which was sended to 60 occupational therapists as a practical supervisor who were working in private mental hospital. As the 30 answers had been returned, which was analysed using percentages and sign test. It had been resultend the following; firstly there is significant mean between the morale and old, experiences, business hours, the issue of health insurance recept, case-load and the issue of manpower (: occupaitonal therapist). Secondary there is correlation between the joy of the job and the suffer of the job. Thirdly according to the white paper of occupational therapy, those subjects have higher morale of job continuation than the whole of occupational therapists in Japan. Eventualy psychatry and psychology which have been learned by those subjects at scool days are evaluated the use for business. There is significant mean using sign test between the both course of study and evaluation of the use. | |||||
