| 内容記述 | In the field of physical therapy, it is acknowledged that alternate bathing is effective in improving peripheral blood circulation. To obtain the effects of alternate bathing, 30 helthy female college students were examined to observe the degree of heat loss, physiological and mental change, and subjective feelings after a hot bath and after althernate bathing of the legs.The degree of skin temperature decreasing due to a hot bath was more moderate than that of alternate bathing. It was determined that the effect of a hot bath was better than that of alternate bathing for common nursing care. | |||||
