| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to survey the functional level of elderly with physical disabilities and the home care environment, and to analyze the factors which are related to the burden of caregivers. The functional level of elderly was measured by Functional Independence Measure (FIM). The results were as follows: 1) The conditioning variables of caregivers were not significant factors of the burden of caregivers. 2) FIM score, especially motor items was important factors. 3) The dulation of care, change of functional level after discharge from hospital and anxiety about future were related with burden of caregivers.The results suggest that to keep functional level of elderly is important factor on burden of caregivers, and professional support to psychological probrems and health conditions of caregivers are necessary. | |||||
