The purpose of this study is to discuss about the actual needs of the occupational therapy service and employment plan of the occupational therapists in Gunma Prefecture. The needs and the employment plan with the questionairs which was sended to 395 facilities in Gunma prefecture. As the 276 answers (the rate of collector; 69.9%) had been returned, which was analysed using percentages. It had been resultend the following; (1) The rate of popurarity about the occupational therapy and therapists is 81.9% (wellknown answered). (2) But the rate of popurarity about the occupational therapist's jobs is 71.4% even which of the most wellknown job. (3)There are difference needs of the occupational therapists and the popurarity about the jobs among the medical hospitals, welfare facilities and local governmental offices. (4) There are 122 facilities which have enployment and enployment plan of the occupational therapists (44.2%), so that about 60 manpowers are newly expected on nere the future. (5) However if this plan will be carried out at once, yet the enployment goals as the new gold plan of the occupatonal therapists can'tbe attained. I think that we shuld be recognize the actual circummstances and the enployment needs for the new gold plan exactly. |
