| 内容記述 | Recently, the number of patients with allergic disorders has increased, and more than 10% of young adults are reported to be suffering from allergic rhinitis. Several evidence for a causal relationship between the quantity of domestic mite allergen and allergic rhinitis. Consequently, the improvement of house conditioning is one of the major tasks for primary health care. Then, we are going to make an effective and practicable manual for house conditioning. Prior to make a manual, the questionnaring was conducted on 37 public health nurses who are actively involved in community health education, on the need of instruction of living environmental improvement and that of an instruction manual. The results of the survey are as follows; 1. Most public health nurses have felt it necessary to provide an instruction on house conditioning when they visit to community families. 2. They felt it's necessity, when they found that the rooms were untidy and not cleaned, and that the family had an allergic patient, an infant, an elderly person or a mentally handicapped person. 3. More than 92% of the subjects have ever instructed the way of house conditioning, such as proper management of bedding, necessity of ventilating rooms, the way to get rid of the mite, etc. 4. The subjects said that an individual education for house conditioning should be provided at making a round of calls at home visit or by telephone. Group instructions or publicity campaigns will be also available for health education program. 5. Most public health nurses would like to have a manual for house conditioning. 6. They expected that the manual for house conditioning contained of specific instructions how to clean, how frequent to do cleaning, by respectively allergic diseases, by the season and by the aged, etc. | |||||
