| 内容記述 | At our college., visiting nursing has been added to the practical, training given to students in the last four years. In this paper, the characteristics of the subjects visited, the type of care required, the items learned though practice were investigated and the valve of practice for the recent two years was evaluated. 1. The subjects visited were relatively young compared with the national demographics, heavily disabled and regiring a large quantity of care, such as management of Catneter. Subjects are generaly well cared for by an aged spouse. 2. Regarding the type of care needed, drug control was need by a few, but there were no cases reguiring feeding, inspection assistance or assistance with other medical examinations. 3. The items learned through practice are varied. Although there are many descriptions of home-care persons, family and home presented in class, it is considered that this practice is a good opportunity to recognize the subjects as human beings. 4. In evaluating the valve of practice, item ""Acquired the ability of building teamwork with the home doctor, public health nurse and helper in case of need"" recievedau extremely low score. It is suggested that it is required to select suitable homes for more effective learning, to improve the teaching methods to achieve sufficient knowledge and skills and understanding procedures particular to visiting nursing practice and to communicate with other related occupations about practice and coordination of practice schedules. | |||||
