Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"辛い治療を乗り越える患者の移植決定から無菌室退室までの移植に対する思いや期待を縦断的に明らかにすることを目的に同種骨髄移植を受ける患者を対象に移植決定時,移植時,無菌室退室時に半構成的面接を行った。面接内容より,患者の思いや期待に対する言動をコード化し,類似性に沿ってカテゴリー化し内容分析を行い,以下の結論を得た。1.移植決定時は,「死の恐怖が移植を決定」「移植をやるかやらないかの葛藤」「治って元の生活に戻りたいという期待」「家族が心の支え」の4カテゴリー,移植時は「かなり厳しく辛い治療」「生着への期待と不安」の2カテゴリー,無菌室退室時は,「生着したことへの喜び」「GVHDが起きても起きなくても心配」「体力低下から回復することへの希求」の3カテゴリーに分類できた。2.移植決定時の患者は,発病前の状態に戻りたいとの期待と死の恐怖が移植の意思決定の重要な要因になっていることが明らかになった。3.移植時の患者は,多量の化学療法や照射により,精神的,身体的にも苦痛が強いが,生着への期待が頑張れる要因になっている。4.無菌室退室時の患者は,骨髄の生着への喜びの反面,移植の合併症への不安もある。このことから,患者家族の意思決定を支え,高度な専門知識に裏付けられた熟練した技術の提供,移植医療を乗り越えることができるような情緒面・社会面でのサポートも不可欠であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"群馬大学医学部保健学科"}]},"item_5_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11260213","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_5_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1343-4179","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_5_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"石田,
