Paper","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は,造血幹細胞移植患者の唾液の変化および食生活に及ぼす影響とその対\\n処を明らかにすることである。\\n移植患者7名を対象に,移植前後の計10回,唾液量の測定と半構成面接を実施した。面接は,\\n移植後の唾液の変化と食生活への影響,対処方法について質的帰納的に分析した。\\n移植前と比べ,移植後の唾液量の変化は,〈前処置後減少するパターン〉〈前処置後一度増加\\nしてから減少するパターン〉〈移植前後で大きな変化を認めないパターン〉の3つのパターン\\nに分類された。また,唾液は増減という分泌量の変化だけでなく,泡立ちや粘つき,牽糸性の\\n増加といった性状も変化していた。唾液の変化が食生活に及ぼす影響として,【食べにくい】\\n【不快感が付きまとう】【食べるものが制限される】【食の楽しみが半減する】【身体の変化と食\\n生活の狭間で葛藤する】【食事量が増えず,体力が戻らない】の6つの項目に分類された。対\\n処として,【唾液の重要性と対処の必要性を自覚する】【情報を集める】【身体の変化を見極め,\\n食べ方を吟味する】【過去の体験を活かす】【変化した結果を受け入れる】の5つの項目に分類\\nされた。\\n移植患者の唾液は,分泌量や性状が変化するだけでなく,食生活にも影響を及ぼし,患者の\\n食べる楽しみを奪っていた。患者が変化した食生活を整え築き上げるには,患者自身が現状を\\n理解し,その変化を乗り越えていけるよう,患者の思いに寄り添いながら,患者の力や状況を\\n見極め,具体的なアドバイスや症状緩和を行って,患者自身が考えることができるような状況\\nを設定し,問題に対する患者の対処能力を引き出すといった患者の食生活の再構築に向けた関\\nわりが重要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_publisher_32":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"群馬大学医学部保健学科"}]},"item_5_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11260213","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_5_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1343-4179","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_5_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"関根,
