| 内容記述 | In this paper, the effect of the activation of the regional economy and society by the opening of the projected Shinkansen lines was quantitatively and empirically analyzed using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) which is an evaluation from the positive side and Inverted DEA (Inverted Data Envelopment Analysis) which is an evaluation from the negative side. This paper newly defined the QOL (Quality of Life) score which showed the effect of the activation of regional economy and society. The improved Shinkansen was more effective when the entire line was opened than when part of it was opened. The result of this paper quantitatively analyzed the validity for the improvement plan execution of the projected Shinkansen lines, and it presents the important material for the improvement plan of future undeveloped section. | |||||||
