| 内容記述 | This paper first examines the provisions of the Eugenic Protection Law that permitted abortions on the grounds of leprosy. Next, it presents the number of abortions performed nationwide under the Eugenic Protection Law due to leprosy. Additionally, it specifies the number of abortions carried out at national leprosy sanatoriums between 1954 and 1979. Finally, the paper highlights the unconstitutionality of the Eugenic Protection Law in prescribing abortions on the grounds of leprosy. | |||||||
