| 内容記述 | In this paper, I will examine the appropriateness of "constitutional amendments to extend the terms of Diet members." I am not necessarily opposed to constitutional amendments, and I am of the opinion that constitutional amendments may be made if necessary and the conditions are right. However, I am absolutely opposed to the "constitutional amendments to extend the terms of Diet members" that are being discussed under the current administration, and I believe that there is absolutely no need, at least at this point in time, to amend the constitution to create emergency clauses. The main purpose of this paper is to present legal logic that will persuade and convince people on this point. | |||||||
