| 内容記述 | From the standpoint of "constitutional protection", which means fundamentally affirming the ideals of the current Japanese Constitution, I will consider the necessity and usefulness of such constitutional amendment arguments, taking into account the problems that have arisen in constitutional amendment debates to date and the current Diet situation. In doing so, I will also present my own ideas about "rules for constitutional amendment", from the perspective of preventing hasty and inappropriate constitutional amendments under the pretext of "constitutional amendment". Finally, I will examine the problems inherent in constitutional amendment arguments, particularly the dangers of the argument for adding Article 9 to the Self-Defense Forces. | |||||||
