| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine the content of invalidity due to incapacity, from the perspective of Elderly Law and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Following the JR Central incident, this issue has come to be increasingly discussed from the perspective of elderly law. I have been researching typical cases of torts committed by mentally disabled persons, focusing on the standards for determining civil responsibility. In this paper,I would like to examine this issue not only from the perspective of Elderly Law, but also from the perspective of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, based on previous research on people with mental disabilities. | |||||||
