(TDT) が注目されている. 今回我々は, 担癌状態ながら比較的長期の生存が得られた胸腺腫瘍の胸膜播種症例に対するTDTとしての動注化学療法の有用性を検討した.　【対象と方法】　胸腺関連腫瘍181例のうち術後胸膜播種を来した5例について動注化学療法を施行し検討した.　【結　果】　初回手術から平均4.4年で胸膜播種を来たし, 切除不能播種巣例に対し2～10回の動注化学療法が行った. 動注は主に肋間動脈, 内胸動脈, 下横隔膜動脈より施行し, Cisplatin (50mg/m2) とAdriamycin (20mg/m2), VP-16 (100mg/m2), docetaxel (60mg/m2) の3剤のいずれかを組み合わせた2剤併用で行った. 再発後平均生存期間5.5年 (2年4ヶ月～10年6ヶ月) であった. 5例中3例が比較的QOLを保った状態で担癌生存中である.　【結　語】　胸膜播種再発症例に対しての治療法は未だ確立していないが,
