【対\\n象・方法】対象は,糖尿病療養相談室に来所しており研究参加への同意が得られた患者24名である.先行研\\n究を参考にし, 独自の質問紙を作成後, 調査を実施し量的分析を行った. 【結果】満足度が高い上位3つ\\nの大項目は,順に「6.医療費」「1.人間性」「4.物理的環境」であった.また,各大項目の平均値に有意差はみ\\nられなかった.????1~ 7の満足度」と「2.技術能力」「3.情報提供」「4.物理的環境」の大項目に有意に高い相\\n関があった. 【結語】糖尿病療養相談室の患者満足度を高めるためには, 技術能力・情報提供といった専\\n門的な能力や,
