【背景・目的】EPA に基づいて来日し, 看護師資格を取得したEPA インドネシア人看護師への望ましい指導について示唆を得ることを目的とする. 【対象と方法】インドネシアの一地域の保健所看護師の仕事内容と, EPA 看護師を対象として行われた「EPA 看護師に関する調査」結果の一部を,日本の新人看護職員研修ガイドラインと比較し考察する. 【結果】インドネシアの保健所では, 入院患者の排泄や食事の世話は家族がしていた.防災訓練は行われていなかった.EPA 看護師の27.3％が食事介助は未経験であった.日本では一年目でできる事が目標とされるインシデントの報告は, インドネシアでは未実施率が24.2％であり, 防災管理では, 未実施率が69.7％であった. 【結語】「療養上の世話に関する業務」,「インシデント報告」,「防災管理」について, 特に指導する必要があると考えられた.（Kitakanto Med J 2014；64：205～213） |

Objectives : This is to study how we can provide desirable guidance to Indonesian nurses who came to Japan and acquired the certificate based on the EPA. Subject & M ethod: We review the job descriptions of nurses working at public health centers in a certain region of Indonesia and some findings of a survey conducted on EPA nurses in comparison with Japan’s guideline for training new graduate nurses. Results : At health centers in Indonesia, care services such as assistance with eating and toileting for hospitalized patients are left to their family members. Emergency drills are not incorporated. Of the EPA nurses,27.3％ have no experience of meal assistance. As for incident reporting which is one of the first year goals in Japan, 24.2％ EPA nurses have had no such opportunities in Indonesia. As far as disaster prevention is concerned,69.7％ of them have no experience at all. Conclusion : It is apparently necessary to give guidance particularly on rehabilitation assistance, incident reporting and disaster control.（Kitakanto Med J 2014；64：205～213） |
