| 内容記述 | 近年の腹腔鏡手術の発展に伴い腹腔鏡手術特有の合併症も報告されてきている. そのひとつにポートサイトから腹腔内臓器が脱出するポートサイトヘルニアがあり, 腹腔鏡手術の数％に発症する. ポートサイト閉鎖法のひとつにクローズシュアーシステムを用いた方法があるが, 原法では閉鎖に時間を要することをたびたび経験した.今回,われわれは,短時間で簡便にポートサイトを閉鎖する方法(トロカール再挿入法)を考案したので報告する. | |||||

| 内容記述 | With the recent development of laparoscopic surgery,complications specific to this surgery have been reported. One of them is port-site hernia, which is the escape of an intraperitoneal organ through the port site. This complication is observed in several percent of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. One of the closure methods involves a closesure system. However, using the original method,we often encounter cases requiring a long closure time. In this study,we report our novel,straightforward method allowing port-site closure in a short time (trocar reinsertion method). | |||||
