| 内容記述 | In arguments on community oriented information and information-oriented region policy, little attention has been paid to the subject and process of community oriented information production. It is significant to know that community oriented information is given, not only by community media, but also the process of community oriented information production, and that, though needless to say, the process is operated by the residents, local organizations, local government, private enterprises, non-profit organizations, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to reconsider some frameworks of arguments on community oriented information and to argue its importance of the subject and the process of community oriented information production in them. | |||||
