本研究では大学病院看護職員における地域完結型看護人材養成プログラム(履修証明プログラム, 大学院コース) の周知状況の実態を明らかにする.【方法】A 大学附属病院看護職員751名に無記名自記式質問票調査を実施した.【結果】回収数は674部(回収率89.7％)で,667部を分析対象とした(有効回答率98.9％).履修証明は305名(45.7％),大学院は395名(59.2％)に周知され,受講希望・検討中は履修証明149 名(22.3％),大学院119 名(17.8％),受講を悩む理由は,仕事と学業両立への不安が最多だった. 在宅ケアマインドは231名(34.6％)
