The results are summarized as follows:   1 .  In “Elementary School Curriculum Guideline”, the following learnings are seen with the use of ‘competition’　in various activities: (1) the acceptance of ‘winning and losing’ (‘track and field’ exercises and ‘ball games’ exercises), (2) ‘how to compete’ (‘track and field’ exercises), and (3) ‘how challenge to compete and records’ (‘track and field’ exercises).   2 .
